3. Services & No Guarantees

UX Surgeon provides professional Conversion Rate Optimization services. While we apply industry expertise to improve your website's performance, we do not guarantee specific results, such as specific conversion rates, revenue increases, or traffic growth. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

4. Fees and Payment

Invoicing: Clients will be invoiced via a third-party platform. Payments are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

No Refunds: All payments made to UX Surgeon are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Termination: Clients may cancel services at any time.

End-of-Cycle: Upon notice of cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No further invoices will be issued, and the contract will terminate at the end of that period.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables: Ownership of specific deliverables created for the client (e.g., audit reports, custom copy) transfers to the client only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

Background IP: UX Surgeon retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary methodologies, automated workflows, and any pre-existing code or frameworks used to perform the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UX Surgeon’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services provided shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client to UX Surgeon within the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated "Last Updated" date on this page.
